Frequently Asked
Questions
What is the National Drug
Rehab Referral Alliance?
The Drug Rehab & Alcohol Treatment Center Referral works
to help addicts and their loved ones find drug and alcohol rehab facilities
where they can begin to put their lives back together. It is our desire to ease
your search for such a rehab. Our consultants take your information and search
through thousands of drug rehabs to provide you with a "short list" that we
hope will best fit your needs. We are not a drug rehab or affiliated with any
one rehab or rehab methodology. We simply function to put you in touch with the
people who can help.
What is the charge for this
service?
There is no charge for using our drug
rehabilitation facility locator service.
What happens to
my information when I click "submit?"
Your information is sent to our
consultants who will review it to try to determine what type of program might
best fit your or your loved ones needs. Your information is kept in the
strictest of confidence and is only shared with treatment programs that have
certified chemical dependency counselors and the strictest standards regarding
privacy.
When can I expect a
response?
We know that your request is an urgent one and
treat it as such. Our consultants will review your information and respond to
your request as soon as possible. While it is our policy to respond to each
request within 24 hours, we are generally able to handle most requests much
more quickly than that.
Where does your information
about Drug Rehabs come from?
We utilize a variety of sources including
internet searches and feedback from those who have used our service to compile
our database of drug rehab programs. We continually search for information on
current listings and for additional programs to add to our database. We
appreciate any feedback about any program you have had experience with, good or
bad, so we can pass that information along to others.
What if I feel the
recommended program is not appropriate for me or I am not satisfied with the
referral?
If, for any reason, you are not pleased with the
recommendation made for you or your loved one, simply reply to the message you
receive and tell us so. Provide us with any additional information that will
make is easier for us to find a more appropriate program for your situation.
You can also click on the "Referral Follow Up" link located near the bottom of
the page on the left. Your concerns will be addressed as soon as possible and a
new recommendation will be made.
What if I had a negative
experience with a rehab that was recommended to me?
Please let us know! Click on the "Referral
Follow Up" link and tell us about your experience so we can determine whether
or not to recommend that program to others. Please also be sure to let us know
about recommendations that worked out well for you or your loved one! Feedback
about rehabs, whether good or bad, will help us better help others in the
future.
What if I've changed my mind
or no longer need your service and do not wish to be contacted?
If, for any reason, you decide you no longer
wish to use our free drug rehab locator service, simply reply to any message
you have received from us or click on the "Referral Follow Up" link and let us
know. If you decide you no longer wish to receive information from us, just let
us know and we will remove your information within 72 hours. Our only goal to
help addicts and their loved ones find a drug rehab where they can begin to put
their lives back together, hopefully, in the process, making an extremely
difficult time the slightest bit easier. |
