Potent domestic marijuana is also cultivated in sophisticated indoor,
hydroponic gardens throughout the state. Statewide, cultivation has increased
since California voters passed Proposition 215, the Compassionate Use Act, in
1996, removing state legal sanctions for marijuana use to alleviate symptoms of

illegal distributors under the guise of “caregivers.”
  Other
Drugs: Vicodin,
Ritalin, Rohypnol, Ketamine, and Valium are commonly diverted pharmaceutical
